 We have developed a system of several levels of approach to contact debtors and begin repayment to you. This process begins by making the debtor aware that there is an outstanding balance. To attempt recovery, we continue with phone calls and written communication to make sure the debtor knows the situation has become serious enough to involve a third party. We make every attempt possible to achieve repayment, but these actions are not always enough. After all other approaches, we may consider involving our skilled legal team to begin litigation and sue the debtor to have the matter resolved. 

 In addition to our financial management, we also specialize in the recovery of bad checks. Our investigation division is highly trained to verify that the ACH draft or check links back to a secure account under the name of a genuine identity. We will then work with both sides to ensure that the payments are completed in an efficient and timely manner. We help debtors develop a debt settlement so that the debt is eliminated quickly and completely.
